Gus is a songwriter and producer whose had several songs recorded and published through both major and independant companies. In late 2005 he started the weekly health & fitness podcast called "A Better Day" after failing to loose weight thru several yo-yo diets. He had learned that the best way to loose weight and keep it off was to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle, andĀ forget aboutĀ the "quick fix" methods that most diets promote.
Gus has studied and been involved with several motivation techniques like positive thinking, laws of attraction and even hypnotherapy. These techniques have helped him look at how we all can change our lives to achieve whatever goals we seek.
